    Nail Refresher Appointments

    • Must be booked within 2 weeks of the original service

    • Maintenance only (no length increase or full redesign)

    • Appointment time is limited to 2.5 hours maximum

    Fill-In Discounts

    • The 15% fill-in discount must be used within the same billing cycle

    • Discount applies to one fill-in appointment only

    General

    • Missed or late appointments are forfeited

    • Memberships are valid for one client only

    • Changes or cancellations require advance notice
